If you want to add Shaders to your Minecraft, you need Optifine

Since 1.14.4, Optifine you need to check which Forge version it is compatible with, otherwise it may cause a crash.

You can go to the official website, there is a corresponding Forge version on the right side of each version

There are two ways to install Optifine:

1.Like Forge, use the one-click install feature when installing a minecraft version

Open the download page of HMCL-PE,then download a minecraft version with HMCL-PE,while opening version downloading page,if you scroll down the page,you will find this:

2.Using the MOD version of Optifine, this can be removed relatively easily. But it requires Forge

You need to download it from the official website.

If you need more versions, please click on the button marked in red.

If you can't stand the ads before the download, you can click (mirror) to use the mirror download. (It may be faster)

Before you download it , please make sure you have a correct version of Forge installed on Minecraft.

Then you need to drag it to the mods folder.
