The resolution setting may have a significant correlation with the FPS of your game

Open the Global game settings screen,find this:

The lower you adjust this option, the smaller the game GUI will be (does not affect the keys provided by HMCL-PE)

When it is adjusted small enough, you may not be able to see the displayed text.

If you drag it to the far right isn't enough, you can change the number to 200 or 300 and more.
